IMP::core::KClosePairsPairScore Class Reference

Detailed Description

Apply the score to either the k closest pairs (sphere distance). The envisioned use case is that the two particles each represent a protein and the refiners return the geometry for that protein.

Member Function Documentation

Restraints IMP::core::KClosePairsPairScore::create_current_decomposition ( const ParticlePair &  vt) const

Decompose this pair score acting on the pair into a set of restraints. The scoring function and derivatives should be equal to the current score. The defualt implementation just returns this object bound to the pair.
