We don't have experience with python, but my guess is that some environment
variables are not set properly.

Dear Andrej,

 I am having a small problem regarding running modeller from a python
script. Can you let me know some solution. The program terminates after
generating .ini file. Do I need to run modeller from command line only.
I use the system commands in python script(os.system('mod6v2 xyz'))
