Incorrect topology library used error

Hi,

 I was wondering if anyone knows what to do with the following error:


TOP_________>   129   85 CALL ROUTINE = 'create_topology' 
 
TOP_________>   130  100 GENERATE_TOPOLOGY ADD_SEQUENCE = OFF 

act54___590E> No topology generated for sequence:  prot
              Possibly because incorrect topology library is used.

It carries out all of the initial alignments without problems, but stops on the 'create_topology' routine.

Any help would be appreciated.
