Dear modeller comunity,
I would like to know which is the best way to build a model of an
homotetrameric protein from two or three templates. Is it preferable to
build the monomer first and then assemble it in a posterior step or do I
build the tetramer from the beginning? How may I align the tetrameric
templates structures?
