[modeller_usage] Question

Dear prof. Andraj Sali
i have make a model of four similar chains ic homotetramer each having 250
residues each. but when i model the structure it always conected and model
form consisted of one chain ic four chain conected with each other. so how
we can make model separate chain in one model
