I am a new user of modeller9v3 and I can't write the first script with which I

Why would you want to do that? Use the Modeller 9v3 manual. The 6v2
manual is out of date.
If I have understood well, the appropriate
command is sequence_search which has many options.
No, sequence_search is not the best way to do this any more. We
recommend profile.build() instead. I suggest you work through the basic
modeling tutorial on our website to understand how this works. But there
are many ways to find templates - for example, you could do a BLAST search.
