From my reading of the virtualenv docs, it seems like it should work. 
Modeller isn't a pure Python package, so you won't be able to install it 
with pip or easy_install, but (if you're using the RPM) you can just 
symlink the Modeller Python stuff into the virtualenv site-packages 
directory.
